Atalaya Emotion
Description
Atalaya Emotion is a new build development with available apartments in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The development sits in a gated community in Atalaya, at the junction of Marbella, Benahavís and Estepona, with sea and mountain views.
The project occupies the last building plot in Atalaya, within a gated community at the point where Marbella, Benahavís and Estepona meet. The grounds include a yoga lake. According to the developer, the ground floor homes are raised in relation to ground level. The views are sea and mountain views, in part panoramic.
At the moment there are two available apartments. They have two or three bedrooms and a living area of 92 to 121 m². The developer delivers them key-ready and fully furnished.
Within the development, the developer works with a flexible layout and you can choose the interior materials yourself. Furniture packages are also available as an option. For aftercare, the developer states that there is an on-site customer service.
