The apartment originally had 2 bedrooms, but the living area was expanded to include the space of one of them. If you want to have 2 bedrooms again, simply add a partition in the living room.

The current bedroom has its own full en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also another full bathroom with a shower that could be used to get a second en-suite bedroom, in case you decide to do the partition and have again a 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment comes with a closed garage space for 1 car (24 m2) and a storage room (both included in the sale price). The building has elevator.

The apartment has been recently renovated and includes air conditioning and heating (air conditioning in the living-dining room and bedroom). This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire an apartment in an unbeatable location in Roses, to enjoy as a permanent residence or vacation home.

The apartment has 2 magnificent terraces with panoramic sea views, totaling 256 m2. To these 256 m2 are added the 73 m2 built of interior spaces (62,71 m2 useful). An incomparable setting to enjoy at any time of day, sunbathing, lunch, and dinner al fresco... Its south-facing orientation guarantees sunlight throughout the day.

One of the terraces is accessed from the living-dining room through a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door. The other is accessed from the first terrace. Both are open terraces and have direct sea views (the first terrace has an awning, and the second can accommodate umbrellas or a pergola).

The living, dining, and kitchen are unified into a single open-plan space. The access door to the terrace and the large windows allow light to flood the interior spaces. They also allow you to enjoy the spectacular sea views from every corner of the living, dining, and kitchen.
