Amiral
La Nucía, Costa Blanca North
Amiral
Description
Amiral is a villa development in a gated community in La Nucía, on the Costa Blanca North, with homes of three bedrooms. Each villa has a private pool, a garage and home automation, and the plots offer views of the sea and the mountains.
The project consists of 24 villas on a gated site with its own access control. At this moment 12 are still available. All villas have three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The sizes vary considerably: the built area starts at 297.76 m² and goes up to 529.93 m². That difference lies in the layout of the house and in the size of the plot, which varies per villa.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating running on aerothermal energy. Each villa stands on its own plot with a private swimming pool and a garage on the grounds. Because of the location on the heights of La Nucía, the plots look out towards the sea as well as onto the mountains behind.

About Costa Blanca North
Between Dénia and Calpe lies the northern Costa Blanca, quieter than the south, with Spanish pine forests, coves and historic village centres. Jávea and Moraira are among the most sought-after residential spots.
