Estepona, Costa del Sol
Adagio
Description
Adagio sits in the Cancelada urbanisation near Estepona on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The surrounding area is a hub for golfers, with Flamingos Golf and Atalaya Golf nearby, and residents will have access to the Club House in Cancelada.
The project is still under construction. It comprises homes with two and three bedrooms, and these come in various forms: alongside apartments, there are also duplex homes across two floors and penthouses. According to the developer, the majority of the homes will have views of the Mediterranean Sea. That view therefore does not apply to every home.
The available offering consists of three apartments with two or three bedrooms. Their living areas range from 93.8 m² to 124.1 m².
Adagio is located in Cancelada, an area that according to the developer is known mainly among golfers. The surrounding area also has an equestrian centre recognised by the British Horse Society.

About Costa del Sol
The Costa del Sol stretches from Nerja to Sotogrande, with Marbella as its residential heart. The combination of 320 days of sun, international schools and good air connections via Málaga makes it the most established region for Northern European buyers. Prices are more stable than on other costas and the market is transparent.
