Marco Ianiero

I grew up in Genk, Belgium. At school I learned to work with my hands, but once I entered the job market I quickly discovered that communicating and negotiating are my real passions. I guided people through the purchase of energy-saving products and helped companies grow with high-quality marketing services.

That advisory work brought me into contact with a local real estate company in Spain. I became enthusiastic about the work, but I knew it was not the right environment to grow in. After thorough research I found Costa Select online, and the way they work appealed to me from the start.

What I value about this work is that I get to witness people’s joy and happiness up close. For me it is daily work, but for my clients these are dreams coming true, and that is a wonderful thing to see.

Outside of work I like to train. I do kickboxing and mixed martial arts, and those sessions above all bring structure and discipline to my life. Alongside that I keep working on my communication skills.

I don’t sell houses, I help people buy. That means I am only satisfied once you fully stand behind your choice, not once there is a signature under a contract.
