I originally come from Amsterdam and now live in Benissa Costa. It gives me real joy to guide people who want to make their dream of a beautiful home in Spain come true, across all budgets in Costa Blanca North.
I grew up in Mijdrecht and in America, and after my time in America I went to live and work in Amsterdam. There I was a manager and a sommelier. I had always wanted to become an estate agent, but I lived on my own in Amsterdam and could not afford to study without an income.
One day a friend took me to Moraira, and I fell in love with this area on the spot. He introduced me to my predecessor, and shortly afterwards I had a conversation with Marc in the Netherlands. Everything fell into place. Marc trained me, and at last I could do what I had always wanted, and on the most beautiful little patch of earth at that. By now I have my diploma and five years of experience.
What I value about this work is that I get to make people's dreams come true and guide them through it well. Every day is different, and we work with the nicest and kindest clients, often sharing a lot of emotion along the way. This work makes me very happy.
Outside work I love sport and walking with my two French bulldogs. Beyond that I fully enjoy Mediterranean life: sun, sea, beach and good food and drink.

Off-market listings reach me mainly through networks. Over the years I have built a network that often lets me hear early what is going on, before anything is officially up for sale.
For me this region is the most beautiful part of Spain. There is no industry, plenty of greenery, and its own microclimate with almost always good weather.
