The homes are laid out across three levels. Alongside the stairs, each home has its own lift between the floors; this is stated in the developer's project information. The lower level contains spacious living areas, a separate multifunctional room that can be used as a guest room or home cinema, a utility room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The entrance level has an open-plan kitchen of more than 30 m². The living room on that level faces south.

The available homes have three bedrooms. These are located together with two bathrooms on the top living level, with the master bedroom having its own bathroom. According to the developer, the homes are laid out so that all spaces are used functionally.

Sound insulation is applied in the walls. The window frames are aluminium with double glazing, with reinforced thermal and acoustic insulation. The floors are finished with ceramic tiles and high-quality sanitary ware is installed in the bathrooms. The ventilation system works with heat recovery. In addition, electricity is reserved for a sauna and for a charging point for an electric car. According to the developer, the project has been set up with the aim of achieving the highest possible energy efficiency.
