Villas Olivo 2 is the second phase of a new build development in Polop, on the Costa Blanca North, with available villas. The development lies between the sea and the mountains, a short distance from the beaches of Benidorm and Albir. Alicante and the international airport are also easy to reach from Polop. The project is currently under construction.

This second phase consists of detached villas in a modern architectural style, each on its own plot. Construction is still under way. The available villas have four or five bedrooms.

According to the developer, the villas in this phase will have a basement level below the home; one villa will have two. The standard specification includes underfloor heating in the bathrooms, according to the developer.

The developer also offers a range of items as extras, including a solarium. Which of these apply to a particular villa depends, according to the developer, on the construction stage that villa has reached.

Polop is located near La Nucía, Altea, Calpe and Benidorm. La Nucía has a sports centre.
