The village lies in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana and the site borders the village centre, with views of the mountains. According to the developer, the design is single-storey, and Alicante is around 50 minutes away by car.
The site covers more than 53,000 m² and extends to the edge of the village centre. It is divided into separate plots, each intended for a detached villa. According to the developer, the villa types are designed on a single storey. The project is currently under construction.
The available villas have three or four bedrooms. The developer works with five types, which differ from one another in layout and in the ratio between living space and outdoor space. The types with four bedrooms have three bathrooms; the types with three bedrooms have two bathrooms, with some of them also including a separate toilet. One of those types measures 130 m² and is therefore the most compact layout within the project.
The surrounding area is mountainous; the village lies in the Sierra de Aitana. According to the developer, Alcoy is about 20 minutes away by car, Benidorm around 55 minutes and Valencia about 75 minutes.
The villas look out over the mountains around the village.
