Villas Addaia
Finestrat, Costa Blanca North
Villas Addaia
Description
Villas Addaia is a new build development in Finestrat, on the Costa Blanca North, with available villas. The design is conceived as a fully walkable space, where interior and exterior routes give independent access to each floor and offer changing perspectives of the surroundings. The sea and the Sierra Cortina form the backdrop for this project, which is still under construction.
The main entrance to the villa will be located at the lower side of the plot. From there, a water feature with sun loungers leads to the home on the first floor, past wide walls clad in masonry. The living room will have a large folding glass door, so the living space continues outdoors. Wooden shutters on the masonry walls provide a partly covered shelter there.
The pool will have aquamarine tones and a gresite tile finish. Alongside it there will be an anti-slip floor of wood-effect ceramic porcelain. This part of the plot is reached via a paved path through the natural terrain.
The available villas have three bedrooms. According to the project details, there are views of the sea and the mountains. The development is currently under construction.
