San Roque is counted as part of the Costa del Sol but belongs administratively to the province of Cádiz, right against the border with the province of Málaga. The villa is designed to be fully self-sufficient in energy and water, with an indoor pool, a spa area and panoramic sea views.
Villa Noon has been designed as a fully self-sufficient home. The house generates all the energy it needs and also provides its own water. The villa has nine bedrooms and a total area of 1,810.8 m². One villa is available, at number 15 in La Reserva.
The energy supply consists of solar panels, a geothermal system for heating and cooling, and high-capacity batteries to store the electricity generated. For water, the villa uses a generator that extracts moisture from the air, a system that collects and reuses rainwater, and the recycling of grey water from daily use. The design also incorporates passive systems for cooling and heating, and the choice of building materials was guided by a low environmental impact.
Inside there is a heated swimming pool that can be used all year round, along with a spa and wellness area and a cinema room. Outside there is a second swimming pool, finished with a mirror-like water surface. From the plot you look out over the sea and over the golf courses of La Reserva de Sotogrande.
