Villa Infinity is a new build development in Casares on the Costa del Sol, set within the Finca Camarate estate, with a villa in the available offering. The project lies just a few metres from Finca Cortesín, surrounded by golf courses, restaurants and beaches in Andalusia. Construction is under way; the villa will have an infinity pool and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa now for sale is laid out over three floors and has five bedrooms with a living area of 529.29 m². According to the developer, the bedrooms will each have their own bathroom, with seven bathrooms in total. The floor plan is built around spacious rooms with plenty of daylight.

The architecture is contemporary, with clean lines and large windows. Natural stone and fine wood are used in the finish. Outside there will be a fire pit.

The house will also include a spa with a plunge pool, a cinema room, a wine cellar with a tasting area and a utility room. According to the developer, there is space for three cars, with a charging point for electric driving.

The villa is being built on the Finca Camarate estate, a short distance from Finca Cortesín. From the house there are views of the sea, the mountains and the golf courses. The A-7 and the AP-7 take you towards Málaga and Gibraltar.
