Villa Serena – Exceptional Contemporary Luxury in The Hills, La Quinta

Villa Serena is an outstanding five-bedroom contemporary villa occupying a privileged position within the prestigious hillside community of The Hills, La Quinta. With its elevated south-facing orientation, the property enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across the Mediterranean coastline towards Gibraltar.

Completed just three years ago by a renowned Danish constructor, the villa beautifully balances sophisticated contemporary design with subtle Spanish influences, creating an elegant yet inviting home perfectly suited to modern Mediterranean living.

A spectacular eight-metre-high entrance door sets the tone on arrival, leading into impressive open-plan living and dining spaces flooded with natural light. The high-end kitchen blends classic elegance with modern functionality, while all five bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

An elevator connects all floors, complemented by intelligent lighting, climate control and exceptional finishes throughout.

The outdoor spaces have been created for year-round living and entertaining. A magnificent full-width south-facing terrace frames the panoramic views and features an elegant two-zone infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, al fresco dining areas and several stylish seating spaces. An elevated lounge terrace with fire pit provides another spectacular setting for evenings overlooking the coast.

The lower level transforms Villa Serena into a private lifestyle retreat. Designed entirely around leisure and entertainment, it features a boutique bar, glass wine cellar, pool table, open-plan cinema and glass-walled gymnasium.

A dedicated spa area offers a sauna, jacuzzi, massage area and relaxation zones, while a discreet doorway reveals one of the villa's most distinctive features — a private hidden poker lounge.
