Veridian

According to the developer, the project consists of 40 single-family homes. The architecture is contemporary, with clean lines and bright terraces that connect the interior with the surroundings. All homes have three bedrooms, a private parking space and direct access to the communal areas. The available offering consists of townhouses with three bedrooms and a living area of 141.52 to 155.42 m².

Veridian lies between the mountains and the sea. The design follows the topography of the site and the existing vegetation has been preserved. According to the developer, the orientation of the homes and the layout of the greenery have also been based on that principle. From the project there are views of the sea and the mountains.

The communal areas consist of landscaped gardens, swimming pools and walking paths. There is an outdoor wellness area with a pool, intended for rest and light exercise. An infinity pool and a sauna are also part of the project.

The homes are located in the El Higuerón urbanisation. Fuengirola itself is a town that is active all year round, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. From four stations in the town, the Cercanías C1 train runs along the coast to Málaga and the airport, which is about 25 minutes away.
