Description

Urban City Horizon is a new build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. According to the developer the construction is sustainable and energy-efficient, and the development will have a coworking space.

The development spreads the homes across different floors: ground floor homes, homes on the intermediate floors and penthouses with a private solarium on the top level. According to the developer, the homes come with spacious terraces. Eight homes are currently for sale: available apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms and a living area of 67.65 m² to 100.55 m².

According to the developer, the layout and orientation of the homes are geared towards daylight, ventilation and space. The architecture is Mediterranean in style, with natural colours and carefully selected materials as the basis for the finishes. Sea views are among the features of the development.

On the terraces you can have a jacuzzi or an outdoor kitchen installed as an option, according to the developer. That is a choice made at purchase and not a standard part of the home.

The development is located in Torreblanca del Sol, in the Torreblanca and Los Pacos area within Fuengirola. Construction is currently underway, which means the communal areas of the grounds are still being laid out.
