TM Tower

The project consists of a single residential tower of 230.50 metres high, with 64 floors: a ground floor plus 63 storeys. According to the developer, this makes it the tallest residential tower in Europe. The tower stands 150 metres from Playa de Poniente beach and has a curved shape, derived from organic forms found in the sea. Thanks to that shape, every home has sea views, according to the developer. The grounds will be fully fenced and will have a checkpoint at the entrance and video surveillance.

There are 122 apartments available, with one to four bedrooms and living areas from 75 to 243 m². The homes have a terrace with a glass balustrade, an enclosed utility room and ducted climate control running on aerothermal energy. The kitchen is fitted and has a Silestone worktop. Each home comes with a parking space in the basement. The developer works with two finish levels, Excellence and Premium. The Premium homes are located on the corner and also come with underfloor heating, home automation and Miele appliances.

The communal facilities are spread over several floors. On the ground floor there will be the entrance hall with a concierge, a cinema room and a lounge for residents. On the twenty-first floor there will be a yoga garden and a children's club. The twenty-second floor will have a spa. On the sixty-third floor there will be a skybar with a star observatory. Outside, a chill-out zone and a play area for children will be laid out, among other things.

Benidorm is the urban end of this stretch of coast, with amenities that continue all year round and a city that does not empty out in winter. The tram connects Benidorm with Altea, Calpe and Dénia and with Alicante, so you can manage here without a car as well.
