Description

The Zity is a new build development in Cruz del Humilladero, on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. According to the developer it sits just a few metres from the neighbourhood's only commuter train stop, which sets it apart from other developments nearby. Construction is already underway and the homes are being built with low energy consumption in mind.

The development consists of two buildings. The available offering comprises apartments and penthouses with one, two or three bedrooms, with living areas from 65.84 m² to 120.72 m². According to the developer, each home includes a terrace. The ground floor homes come with a large garden and the penthouses with a solarium.

The kitchens are supplied with units and fitted with a hob, oven and extractor hood. The bathrooms are fully finished, with a vanity unit, shower screen and mirror. The exterior joinery is aluminium with a thermal break and motorised shutters. The development uses a central aerothermal system.

According to the developer, the development has an AA energy rating and is built for low energy consumption. It has been selected as one of ten example projects in Europe within the Level(s) framework for sustainable construction, making it one of the two Spanish projects to receive this recognition. The permit has been granted and construction has started.

A communal rooftop solarium will be built on the site. The site will be gated and the buildings will have a lift.
