Stupa - Villa Metta

The available villa has four bedrooms and a surface area of 410 m², spread over three levels. You enter through an entrance hall, from which a staircase leads to the upper floor and to the lower level. This level also has a guest toilet, a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an open living, dining and kitchen area. That area will connect to the covered terrace and to the infinity pool.

The upper floor will have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms, each also with its own bathroom. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms open onto a terrace with panoramic views. In total, the home will therefore have four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, in addition to the extra guest toilet on the lower living level.

The lower level will be fitted out with a laundry room, a utility room, storage space and room for two cars. According to the developer, this level also offers space to add a gym or cinema room at a later stage.

Construction is currently still underway. According to the developer, the design focuses on plenty of daylight, privacy and views from the living areas.
