The design is contemporary and environmentally conscious, with interiors kept minimalist. The available homes are detached, have four bedrooms and are laid out over three levels connected by a private lift.

The ground floor has an open living and dining area with a sleek kitchen. Large windows with concealed frames connect this space to the outdoors. The same level also includes a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a guest toilet and a utility room. The first floor has three bedrooms. The main bedroom gets its own outdoor space and an integrated bathroom with a freestanding bath as its centrepiece. The other bedrooms each get their own bathroom, finished with high-quality materials. The top level is set up as an outdoor living area, with a barbecue zone and a walk-on skylight that brings daylight into the centre of the home.

An industrialised system is used for construction, aimed at thermal and acoustic insulation without thermal bridges. The ventilation system works with heat recovery and, according to the developer, achieves an efficiency of more than 85 percent. The floors are finished with porcelain tiles of 120 by 120 cm in the colour Sand Natural, with an anti-slip treatment. The kitchen gets worktops in Silestone or Dekton, with appliances included.

From the development, Playa de la Sal is a five-minute drive and Estepona ten minutes. Puerto Banús is about 25 minutes away, Gibraltar airport 45 minutes and Málaga airport 60 minutes.
