Description

Spa Valley II is a new build development with available apartments in Villanueva del Rio Segura, on the Costa Cálida, close to golf and shops. The development is still under construction and will have communal facilities such as an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi. A padel court and a tennis court are also planned, and the development offers mountain views.

This project is located opposite the first phase of the same development, in the municipality of Villanueva del Río Segura. The phase consists of homes with one or two bedrooms, with terraces. There are also duplex penthouses, with a large roof terrace with barbecue on the top floor. Those penthouses are not part of the current offering.

According to the developer, all homes have air conditioning and a fitted kitchen with appliances included. The building will have a lift.

The project is still under construction. Communal facilities will be built on the grounds, including a swimming pool and a spa and relaxation area.

At this time, one apartment is available. It has two bedrooms and a living area of 80.73 m².
