Solenne is a new build development with apartments and penthouses in Benahavís, on the Costa del Sol. Benahavís is a white Andalusian mountain village inland, quieter and greener than the coast below, and its high concentration of restaurants has earned it the nickname the dining room of the Costa del Sol. Residents share an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, a sauna and wellness facilities, and the homes look out over the sea.

Solenne consists of 21 homes, spread across four buildings. This layout keeps the number of homes per building limited. Of the total offering, 11 are still for sale at this time.

The homes have two or three bedrooms. The smallest living area is 94.78 m², the largest 186.26 m². The penthouses sit at the upper end of that range. All homes face the sea.

Each home comes with a garage space and a storage room. The kitchens are delivered fitted. Part of the offering has a private pool at the home itself, in addition to the pool that residents share.
