Solana Village - Fase 3 is a new build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments in the La Cala Golf urbanisation. Mijas lies centrally between Málaga and Marbella, with Málaga airport about 25 minutes away. The development is being built on top of a hill above the Europa golf course, with panoramic views of the golf course and, from some homes, of the sea.
The development is being built on a gated site. According to the developer, the whole is divided over two separate plots that together form a single architectural concept. The building location is close to the clubhouse and to the resort's hotel with spa. The available apartments face east or south.
The layouts follow the idea of total living, in which all space is put to use. The living room is spacious and opens onto the outdoor area through large windows. The homes will have large terraces with glazing. For the ground-floor apartments, the developer adds a private garden to this.
The finish includes fitted wardrobes, a package with LED lighting and bathrooms that are delivered complete with vanity unit, mirror and shower screen. There is also an extra package available with which you can personalise the home further.
At present twelve apartments are available. These have two or three bedrooms, with living areas from 87.92 to 120.05 m².
Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The municipality lies centrally between Málaga and Marbella, with Marbella about twenty minutes' drive away.
