Skye Casares Golf

The project consists of ten buildings in the existing residential area of Casares Golf, on an elevated site next to the Finca Cortesin resort. The area has its own gated entrance with round-the-clock security. Within the community stands the golf course clubhouse, with a restaurant overlooking the sea.

The homes range from ground-floor apartments to penthouses. All homes look out over the sea and the golf course. A characteristic feature is the layout with stepped terraces, where the architecture extends outwards. The ground-floor homes have raised gardens that provide screening. The penthouses have panoramic roof terraces.

Inside, all homes have three bedrooms, with layouts that can be adapted in various configurations. The floor plans are set up around the entry of daylight and views to the outside. The finishes use materials in natural tones, with an ivory-coloured palette and rounded lines.

The communal areas include a solarium by the swimming pool, a coworking space and a gym. The surroundings offer beaches, golf courses, marinas and restaurants a short distance away, with quick connections to Sotogrande, Gibraltar and Marbella. Málaga is about an hour's drive away, with an international airport and a station for the high-speed train, which reaches Madrid in less than three hours. Gibraltar also has an international airport, and there are facilities for private jets nearby.
