Serenity Villas
Description
Serenity Villas is a small development of single-storey villas in La Fustera, on the coast of Benissa in Costa Blanca North. Benissa consists of a historic inland town and a smaller coastal strip with coves such as Cala Fustera rather than large beaches. Each villa has its own pool and generous terraces with pergolas, designed by architect Pepe Giner.
The project consists of four detached villas, two of which are still available. Each home is single-storey: the entire living area of 139.61 m² is on one level, with three bedrooms. The living space has an open layout, with the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flowing into one another.
The architecture uses straight lines and cubic volumes. Natural materials have been used in the finishing, including wood and stone. Large windows connect the interior with the outdoor space. Each villa comes with 68.54 m² of terrace, partly covered by pergolas that provide shade, and a private pool of 29.50 m². The construction is energy-efficient.
The homes are delivered with a fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and a video intercom. The project is located in La Fustera, about one kilometre from La Fustera beach. Calpe, Moraira and Benissa are around ten minutes away.

Between Dénia and Calpe lies the northern Costa Blanca, quieter than the south, with Spanish pine forests, coves and historic village centres. Jávea and Moraira are among the most sought-after residential spots.
