Senda Los Flamencos is a new build development in San Javier on the Costa Cálida, with available villas. The project is still under construction. Facilities will include a private pool, a private garden, a terrace, a solarium and private parking, and the beach, golf and shops are close by.

The villas are currently under construction, a short distance from the Mar Menor. The developer is delivering both mid-position and corner-position villas within the development. The available villas have three bedrooms and a living area of between 95.7 and 104.58 m². According to the developer, each villa will have its own pool.

The layout consists of a living room with a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. That kitchen comes with a Silestone worktop and appliances included: an extractor hood, a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. Each villa includes a covered terrace, a terrace and a solarium. There is also a parking space on the private plot. In terms of finishes, the developer mentions Climalit double glazing, pre-installation for air conditioning and fitted wardrobes with interior finishing.

The surrounding area has medical centres, pharmacies, schools, gyms, shops and restaurants. Buses run to Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante, and there are local lines as well. The AP-7 is three minutes away and Murcia airport around thirty minutes.
