The project sits in a gated setting and will have a padel court.

The project is under construction and is laid out in three blocks. According to the developer, the terraces are the starting point of the design: open spaces that extend the homes outwards and look out over Arenal-Bol beach, Las Salinas park and the Peñón de Ifach.

The available apartments have two or three bedrooms. The developer describes the architectural style as contemporary and the layouts as optimised.

The project is located in a recently developed part of Calpe, around three minutes from the beach according to the developer. Shops and everyday amenities are a short distance away.
