The development is a few minutes from the beaches of Torrevieja and from a large shopping centre, with supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants in the surrounding area. According to the developer, golf courses and the motorway exit towards Alicante airport are nearby as well.
The development is currently under construction. The communal areas will be laid out during that construction.
