This project is being built in phases; this page covers the first phase. The available apartments have two, three or four bedrooms, so the layouts on offer range from a compact home to a more spacious floor plan. According to the developer, a garage is optional and therefore not a fixed part of the purchase.

The homes are finished with appliances included and a security door. Completion takes place in phases, so the communal areas on the grounds are still being laid out.

Benijófar is located inland on the Costa Blanca South. The airport is about 40 kilometres from the project, according to the developer.
