The developer states that the construction is carried out with care and that the homes will have a high-quality finish.

According to the developer, each home will have its own basement with access for a car, an inner patio, a spacious covered terrace, a balcony and a solarium. Living is therefore spread over several levels, with outdoor space at different heights. The development has views of the mountains.

The properties currently for sale consist of townhouses with three or four bedrooms. The communal outdoor space is still being laid out and will be shared by the residents of the development.

Rafal is located inland in the Vega Baja. The newest part of the village, where this development is situated, borders the municipal sports centre and is connected by motorway to Alicante, Murcia and Elche and to the coast of the Costa Blanca.
