The available villas are still under construction. These are villas with three bedrooms. According to the developer, every villa comes with a garage, and you choose how the lower level is finished.

In the standard version, the entire lower level is finished as a garage. This includes floor finishing, painted walls and ceilings, lighting and power sockets.

In the second version, living space is added alongside the garage. This consists of a guest toilet, a living room and a bedroom. The living room and the bedroom are fitted with skylights and air conditioning. According to the developer, this version and other changes to the layout count as extra work.
