Project 023
Benissa, Costa Blanca North
Project 023
Description
Project 023 is a detached new build villa in the Raco de Galeno urbanisation in Benissa, on the Costa Blanca North. Benissa consists of a historic inland town with sandstone façades and a neo-Gothic church, and a smaller coastal strip with coves such as Cala Fustera rather than large beaches. The villa has a private pool, an elevator and aerothermal underfloor heating.
This concerns a single detached villa, not a complex with several homes. The villa has four bedrooms and a living area of 436 m². A lift connects the floors within the house. The villa comes with its own pool on the plot.
Heating is provided by aerothermal energy combined with underfloor heating, supplemented by air conditioning. The kitchen is delivered fitted and the house is provided with built-in wardrobes.
The villa is located in the Raco de Galeno urbanisation. The historic centre of Benissa is inhabited all year round and within walking distance. Calpe and Moraira are about ten minutes away, Jávea about fifteen minutes.

About Costa Blanca North
Between Dénia and Calpe lies the northern Costa Blanca, quieter than the south, with Spanish pine forests, coves and historic village centres. Jávea and Moraira are among the most sought-after residential spots.
