The complex consists of one building with a southern orientation. All homes have two or three bedrooms, with living areas ranging from 107.08 m² to 166.60 m². Each home comes with a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room; three-bedroom homes are allocated two parking spaces. The grounds are gated and access works with a magnetic key. The beach is a seven-minute walk away along a footpath.

The layout differs per floor. The ground-floor homes have a semi-basement with daylight and ventilation, with direct access from the parking spaces. These homes include a laundry room. They have spacious terraces suitable for installing a jacuzzi, and the corner homes also have their own garden. The penthouses have a large terrace at the front and a private solarium with a pool, an outdoor kitchen and a pergola.

The homes are fitted with large double-glazed windows that can be opened across a wide span. The floors are rectified ceramic and continue in the same finish from inside to outside. The wall tiles are also rectified ceramic and there are options in the finish. For the walls you can choose from three colours of smooth wall paint. The kitchens are fitted with high-quality kitchen furniture and built-in appliances. Heating, cooling, underfloor heating and hot water run on an aerothermal system.

The communal area is generously laid out and includes, alongside the landscaped gardens and the pool, a decorative waterfall, a terrace with a barbecue area and a multifunctional room with a sunken patio and a view of the pool. The project offers sea views and panoramic views.
