Óleo
Description
Óleo is a new build project with apartments in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. The project sits on a quiet hillside in Carvajal, close to the sea, and offers sea views, an infinity pool, an indoor pool, a sauna and coworking.
The project is set on a quiet slope in Carvajal, between Fuengirola and Benalmádena and a short distance from the sea. From there, the train station, the promenade and Málaga airport are quickly reached. The location is historic Torreblanca, where an Arab watchtower once stood. The plan comprises 42 homes, spread across two buildings, with sea views.
The homes have large interior spaces with an organic layout. The living rooms open onto the landscape and the homes come with spacious terraces. The available homes have two or three bedrooms and range in size from 122.05 to 187.19 m².
The grounds include communal facilities, among them an infinity pool, an indoor pool, communal gardens and a coworking space. The grounds are guarded.
