The development is being built on a gated site and is now under construction. For the interior, the developer plans fitted kitchens and pre-installation for cooling and heating via air conditioning.

The site is located opposite Loma del Real Park, in the El Lagarejo residential area. The A7 and the AP-7 can be reached from here, providing the connection with Málaga and the other municipalities along the coast.
