Oasis Laguna 3 - FASE II is a new build development in Guardamar del Segura on the Costa Blanca South, with available apartments in the El Raso urbanisation. According to the developer, the project sits between Guardamar and Orihuela Costa, with views of the La Mata salt lagoon. This phase is still under construction and will get its own spa.

This phase is part of a gated residential development laid out around a large green zone. The site will be enclosed. The available offering consists of apartments with two or three bedrooms; according to the developer these come with two bathrooms. The developer describes them as tourist apartments with a spacious layout.

The apartments are delivered finished. This delivery includes shower screens, a complete lighting package, electric shutters, bathroom furniture and upgraded aluminium balcony doors. A furniture package with fitted bedrooms is also part of it. In this phase, kitchenware is included.

The development has sea views and golf views. This phase is still under construction, so the communal areas are still being built.
