Ñoa Cullera
Description
Ñoa Cullera is a new build development of apartments in Cullera, on the coast in the Valencia region. Cullera is a seaside town on wide sandy beaches that fills up in summer and settles down in winter. The complex has a rooftop pool with solarium, an outdoor pool and communal gardens; further features include home automation, underfloor heating, aerothermal and solar panels.
The project consists of one building with nineteen homes, twelve of which are currently available. The range runs from studios without a separate bedroom to homes with two bedrooms. The smallest home measures 30.66 m², the largest 63.78 m². These are therefore compact apartments within a building with a limited number of neighbours, served by a lift.
The homes have a terrace and look out over the sea. Each home comes with a space in the garage. The building has a secure entrance with video intercom. The kitchens are delivered fitted.
The communal area is partly located on the roof, where there is a swimming pool with a solarium. At ground floor level there is a second swimming pool and communal gardens. The complex is within walking distance of the centre of Cullera, with shops, schools and public transport nearby.
