My Dream II is a new build development in Dolores on the Costa Blanca South, with available townhouses. The project is currently under construction and, according to the developer, is built in reinforced concrete, with a double brick enclosure with insulation and natural stone cladding on the facade. Each home gets its own private pool, and the exterior carpentry is lacquered aluminium with thermal break and double glazing.
The available properties are three-bedroom townhouses with a living area of 143.65 m². The load-bearing structure is built in one direction, with columns, flat beams and reinforced concrete girders. The balustrades are made of aluminium with safety glass. According to the developer, each home comes with a private pool measuring 4.50 by 2.50 metres.
Inside, walls and ceilings are given a smooth painted finish. The floors are laid with ceramic tiles with a laminate look. The lighting combines direct and indirect LED lighting. The communal areas are fitted with anti-slip tiling. The interior joinery consists of an armoured entrance door with a security lock, lacquered mouldings and smooth interior doors with brass handles and locks.
The pipework is carried out in thermoplastic or certified pipes, suspended from the ceiling. The bathroom fittings include wall-hung basins, countertop basins, shower trays and glass panels. The electrical installation includes television points in the living room and the bedrooms, with provision for cable television and an aerial. For heating and hot water production, the developer states that an aerothermal system will be installed.
