According to the developer, the layout of the available villas is set out in two zones. The day zone has a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen; the kitchen furniture is included. Two large windows connect this space with the covered terrace outside. As an additional space there is a utility room, which according to the developer has been positioned in the floor plan so that it is easily accessible from anywhere in the house.

The sleeping zone contains three bedrooms. In addition to the walk-in wardrobe, the master bedroom also has its own bathroom. A second bathroom serves the other bedrooms and the rest of the home.

The available homes are detached and have three bedrooms. The development is currently under construction.
