According to the developer, the villas and townhouses will have black window frames, a water softener and a complete interior package for the internal finish. This also includes a technology package with network connections, integrated lighting, spotlights by the planted trees and a provision for a charging point for an electric car. The outdoor space is finished with two palm trees and a lemon tree.
An on-site restaurant will be built on the grounds. The project looks out over the mountains.
