Las Tres Palmeras

The eleven villas are detached, set on a gated site and spread across plots ranging from 259 m² to 274 m². Each villa has its own swimming pool and opens directly onto the beach. Because the layout is based on separate plots, every home keeps its own outdoor space around the house.

The layout is the same in all villas: three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The homes are built over several levels. Below the living floor is a finished basement that you can arrange as you wish, for example as guest accommodation or as storage space. On top there is a private roof terrace with a jacuzzi, a summer kitchen and a utility room, with views across the sea towards the bay of Mazarrón.

The villas are delivered fully finished. The kitchens are fitted and equipped with appliances, the bathrooms are finished, and there is air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. The project is located in Puerto de Mazarrón, in the front line of the beach. The coastline of Mazarrón covers more than 35 kilometres and has largely remained undeveloped. Of the eleven villas, three are still available.
