Laguna One consists of 116 homes, spread across two buildings on a single gated site. The offering is uniform in design: all homes have one bedroom, with living areas ranging from 53.33 m² to 66.86 m². In addition to apartments on the intermediate floors, there are penthouses on the top floor. Of the total number of homes, eight are currently still available.

The project is located in Las Lagunas de Mijas, the lower-lying part of the municipality of Mijas that borders the coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. Mijas Pueblo, the white mountain village, lies higher up in the municipality. The location is central between Málaga and Marbella: Málaga airport is about 25 minutes away, Marbella around twenty.
