Lagoons Village Laguna Rosa

Laguna Rosa is the first residential development within Lagoons Village. The site covers more than 37,400 m². The development has 240 homes, spread across 19 buildings.

The communal areas take up more than 15,200 m². These include two adult pools of 180 m², two children's pools and two heated jacuzzis. There are also petanque courts and a play area for children. The urbanisation has been laid out with lakes, shaded spots, green areas with palms, plants and flowers, squares with benches and walking paths across the site itself.

The available offering consists of apartments with one, two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. The layout differs per floor: the ground floor has spacious gardens, the middle floors have extensive terraces and the third floor has a solarium. According to the developer, the homes have large balcony doors and open kitchens. The buildings have a lift and the site is gated.

The development is located close to the Lagunas de La Mata nature park and the pink lagoon of Torrevieja, and near the Lo Albentosa nature area. It borders the Auditorio Internacional de Torrevieja and the Hospital Quirón. There is direct access to the N-332, the A-7 motorway is a few minutes away and Alicante-Elche airport is a 40-minute drive away.
