Description

Jardines de las Lagunas II is a new build project with apartments and penthouses in Las Lagunas, part of Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. The complex has an outdoor pool, gym and sauna, and there are garages and storage rooms.

The project consists of two buildings in the Las Lagunas urbanisation. The range runs from apartments to penthouses, with two or three bedrooms. Living areas are between 102.72 m² and 150.20 m², which means that even the smaller layouts are spacious. At the moment seven homes are still available.

The buildings are served by a lift and the grounds have 24-hour security. The complex includes garages, storage rooms and private parking spaces. Mijas lies centrally between Málaga and Marbella: Málaga airport is about a 25-minute drive, Marbella twenty.

Las Lagunas is part of the coastal strip of the municipality of Mijas, the lower-lying section with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo lies higher up in the hills behind the coast.
