Jardines Almenara

The development consists of detached villas, each on its own walled plot. The site is gated, with access control at the entrance and a concierge service present 24 hours a day. There are communal gardens, and from the site you look out over the mountains. The villas come in different models and colours.

There are three models. The smallest model has all rooms on a single floor, with 112.21 m² of living space. The living room of that model has a high ceiling with three tall windows. The other two models are built over two floors. In one model, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread across the floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor, and three terraces on the upper floor. The other model has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two terraces on the upper floor. The available villas have three or four bedrooms.

The motorway access road is a two-minute drive from the gate. The village of Purias, with everyday amenities such as a medical centre, a bakery and places to eat, is a four-minute drive away. You can reach the Parque Almenara shopping centre in eight minutes. The centre of Lorca is a ten-minute drive away and has a bus and train station. The coastal town of Águilas is 22 minutes away, sandy beaches around 25 minutes and the Puntas de Calnegre nature park a 35-minute drive. Murcia airport is around an hour's drive away, and Alicante airport less than two hours.
