Isea Calma - Fase 2 is a new build development in Águilas on the Costa Cálida, with available apartments and penthouses. The project is under construction on a hill facing Isla del Fraile, a short distance from the beach, the marina and the town centre. The design follows the shape of the hill it is being built on. The developer works with high-quality materials and plenty of greenery, so that the buildings fit in with their surroundings. Because of the elevated location, the homes have been designed to let in a lot of daylight. According to the developer, most homes will have a spacious terrace with a glass balustrade. The interiors are open and spacious in layout, according to the developer.
The project is being built on a gated site and will have a lift. From the project there are views of the sea and the mountains, and some of the homes have a panoramic view.
The homes are located on a hill opposite Isla del Fraile, with the beach, the marina, the centre and shops a short distance away.
