Horizon La Cala de Mijas Phase 1

This project is the first phase of a larger scheme and is currently under construction. The available villas are being built on a single level, without internal stairs, just outside La Cala de Mijas.

The layout of the available villas consists of an entrance hall with a skylight, an open-plan living and dining area with a decorative electric fireplace and large windows, and a kitchen with a large cooking island with breakfast bar. There will be four bedrooms, bathrooms with walk-in showers and a guest toilet. In addition, a glass-enclosed interior courtyard with a skylight is included in the plan.

For the finishes, large-format porcelain tile floors have been chosen. The window frames will be in white aluminium with double safety glazing and UV-resistant properties. The bedrooms will have electrically operated aluminium shutters on the outside. The living areas will feature a lowered ceiling section with LED lighting and an integrated sound system, which will also be installed in the master bedroom.

In terms of technical installations, the developer provides among other things a 500-litre water tank, a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen, a water softener on the main water line, a charging point for an electric car, a safe and an alarm system for indoors and outdoors.

The home comes with a double garage with direct access to the interior, which according to the developer is prepared for a later conversion into additional living space. The developer also indicates that you can have the layout and the finishes adapted to your own wishes.

The project is located about three kilometres from La Cala de Mijas. The area is accessed via the AP7 toll road and the A7 coastal road.
