Hilford La Torre is a development under construction in Benidorm, on the Costa Blanca North, with available apartments. Benidorm is the urban end of this stretch of coast, with amenities that run all year round, and the tram links the town with Altea, Calpe, Dénia and Alicante. This is an aparthotel with professionally managed rooms, intended as an investment rather than for owner occupation.

Hilford La Torre is being set up as an aparthotel. After completion, the rooms will be managed by the hotel chain behind the project, and the purchase takes the form of fractional ownership. The concept is aimed at investment; using a room as your own home is not part of it. The available units are hotel rooms and therefore do not have a separate bedroom.

According to the developer, the rooms are delivered furnished, and a renovation fund is linked to the management. The construction uses technology that results in an A+ energy certification.

The building is located in Benidorm, right next to Poniente beach, with restaurants and everyday amenities in the immediate surroundings. The project is currently under construction.
