Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a promenade along the beach and a large international community. The architecture is inspired by the developer's hotel architecture, using sustainable materials and taking the surrounding nature as its starting point.
According to the developer, the villas are spread over three floors, connected by a private lift. The available homes have four bedrooms. In the living room, wood runs from the floor up to the high ceilings. A sculptural marble fireplace divides that space. High windows let in daylight and offer views of the surrounding nature. The villas also have their own cinema room, according to the developer.
Natural materials were chosen for the construction and the finishes, including wood, white river stones and minerals. According to the developer, the design is aimed at making use of the panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. The villas stand among native vegetation, with centuries-old carob trees in the area. The plants and trees between the homes mark the boundaries of the plots.
Fuengirola has four train stations. The Cercanías line C1 runs along the coast to Málaga and to the airport, which is about 25 minutes away. The town is inhabited all year round and has a large international community.
