Greenity Fase I

The project is located in Mijas, between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola, and has a minimalist architecture in which the homes are grouped around shared outdoor space. The offering consists of apartments with two and three bedrooms. The ground-floor homes have their own garden, and the penthouses have a terrace of up to 78 m². For the other homes, the terrace starts at 15 m². Each home comes with a parking space and a storage room.

The communal area is divided into several parts. In addition to the saltwater pools with evening lighting and a solarium, there is a separate lap pool. For use within the community there are also an events room and a coworking space, and a walking path runs across the grounds.

The homes are delivered with a fitted kitchen including an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room and the bedrooms have ducted air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. For hot water, each home has its own aerothermal system. The exterior joinery has a thermal break and double glazing. Solar panels for the communal facilities are installed on the building.

The project has direct access to the A-7 and the AP-7. The beaches of Mijas Costa and Fuengirola are a few minutes' drive away. Marbella, Puerto Banús and several golf courses can also be reached from here by road. At this time, 22 homes are available.
