Orihuela, Costa Blanca South
Crystal Sea II
Description
Crystal Sea II is a small villa development in the Dehesa de Campoamor urbanisation, near Orihuela on the Costa Blanca South. Orihuela lies inland, behind the coastal strip, and has the public hospital that covers that hinterland. Each villa has its own pool and garden, along with an outdoor kitchen, solarium, aerothermal system and solar panels inside a gated community with EV charging.
Crystal Sea II stays small: the project consists of three villas, and all three are still available. Each villa stands detached on its own plot, with a pool and a garden belonging to the property. Living areas range from 245.5 m² to 275.86 m², with three or four bedrooms per home.
The three plots are located within a gated community with communal gardens. Each villa comes with its own parking space. The development is situated in the Dehesa de Campoamor urbanisation, a short distance from the beach, shops and the marina.
